The Minnesota Professional Bail Association was formed in 2002 to offer members a forum to exchange information and address current issues related to the bail industry in the State of Minnesota.
Through lobbying as an association, we will present the collective concerns of bail bond agents as a single voice to our State Legislature. Although it may be easy for our elected officials to disregard the needs and concerns of one individual, it becomes more difficult for them to disregard the needs and concerns of a large organization representing the entire bail industry in the state.
