($20/25 lbs over 50 lbs ex 80 lb dog is an extra $40 on radiograph) Owners are responsible for filling out all OFA submission forms prior to clinic. Additional fees may apply for day of clinic additions.

The MnPBA is partnering with the Mobile Health Clinic to hold a one-day health certification event on Saturday, June 15th, 2024. The event will be held at the Winkelman Arena, 5900 75th Ave. SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304. Pre-register by texting 320-493-9222, and have your forms filled out before arriving. The Mobile Health Clinic is operated by Dr. Brandon Sinn, DVM, one of America's finest veterinarians.
